Greenberry Kids
It is so exciting to hear that Greenberry Kids is teaming up Maison Auguste in Hampstead (6, Heath Street - literally 2mins away from Hampstead tube station) to showcase their FW16 collection on 9 October. What a fantastic collaboration.
Maison Auguste is a super cute boutique in the heart of Hampstead which features eclectic and inspirational designer nursery brands, stylish toys and limited-edition creations by up-and-coming talent, including quirky home decoration for kids rooms, sleeping bags and baby blankets, soft toys, gorgeous stationary and cute accessories like hair clips and hair bands. Maison Auguste is fairly new to Hampstead but is already a must stop for kids amongst locals.
Greenberry Kids is an online clothes store for children, 'the shop that introduced the world to the knee-high racoon socks' (London Mothers Club). If you are tired of mainstream brands, search no more and head over to their pop up on Sunday and/or check their online shop. Greenberry Kids features a selection of Korean brands for children aged from 0 to 7 years which strike the perfect balance between cuteness (which our little ones so deserve), pragmatism (which we need so much), a certain degree of coolness (which is so hard to find), and a touch of originality (which, in our day and age of Gap and Petit Bateau, is next to impossible). Holding the reins of Greenberry Kids is the delightful Joo, an amazing entrepreneurial mama with fantastic taste who delivers an impeccable, personalised and attentive customer service.
Since I discovered the world of Greenberry kids, 3 years ago, my daughter has been dressed in their irresistible clothes. From their adorable, yet incredibly warm, winter coats, to their boxy dresses, to dungarees, amazing leggings, and fun t-shirts and jumpers.
Below is a sample gallery of the clothes I have bought for my daughter at Greenberry kids over the past few years; worn at school, during the weekend, for a walk in the park and even for special occasions. The range is incredibly versatile and it's the sort of clothes our kids can play and breathe in. They are not just pretty, they are also made for contemporary lives. And I also love the fact they have a range a clothes in darker colours, like grey and black. It can be so hard to find these colours for kids, yet with a bit of edge, black looks amazing on kids.
That coat... Bought last Winter but I am really hoping it will still fit this year. What a marvel!
Kids fashion in London can be pretty standardised or extremely expensive. Greenberry Kids excels at standing out of this crowd with a unique voice that both appeals to mums and children alike.
